Powered by Honda’s 497cc air-cooled four-stroke single-cylinder engine with a 5-speed gearbox and kick start.
These early twin-shock XR500s are becoming increasingly difficult to find and are an important part of Honda’s off-road history. The distinctive 23-inch front wheel and big four-stroke single make the first-generation XR instantly recognisable.
