This isn’t just another KTM 690 Duke — this is a properly engineered road and track weapon.

Built around a 2012 KTM 690 Duke, the bike has undergone a complete frame-off, nut-and-bolt rebuild and features a very special Lyndon Poskitt Racing 732cc engine conversion.

For those who know the name, Lyndon Poskitt needs little introduction. Renowned for his engineering expertise and highly developed KTM builds, his bikes and engines have found customers all over the world. This is a rare opportunity to own one of his extensively developed machines here in the UK.

At the heart of the bike is a fully rebuilt engine fitted with an LPR 732cc cylinder and piston, LPR Fast Road camshaft, KTM PowerParts airbox, K&N filter and a full titanium Akrapovič exhaust system.

Fuelling is controlled by a Dynojet Power Commander V with a custom dyno map, producing an impressive 76.4 bhp at the rear wheel.

And the development certainly doesn't stop at the engine.

Despite the specification, this isn't some temperamental race bike that's difficult to live with. It starts immediately, settles into a calm idle and is remarkably easy to ride. The throttle response is smooth and the upgraded suspension gives it a beautifully controlled, almost magic-carpet ride.

Open the throttle properly, though, and it becomes a completely different animal. With 76.4 bhp measured at the rear wheel from a lightweight 732cc single, performance is seriously entertaining and the front wheel doesn't need much encouragement to head skywards.

It's equally happy attacking a favourite B-road, commuting during the week or being taken to a track day at the weekend.

A genuinely unusual KTM with serious engineering behind it, built with an exceptional specification and very rarely available in the UK.

If you're looking for an ordinary 690 Duke, this probably isn't it. If you want something genuinely special, it absolutely is.
