It might be more refined and luxurious than ever but crucially it’s still the ultimate go-anywhere tourer and will comfortably hoover-up miles of tarmac, mud and whatever else you decide to throw at it. You might not literally be able to ride over water, but you get the feeling that with BMW it’s only a matter of time! A worthy successor to the legendary Adventure name.
