The 450Rally Factory version launched officially in September and it's the professional racing Rally model. This bike is being raced by the factory team in the 2023 Dakar. Our design concept is to promote a light weight motorcycle, using extensive magnesium alloys, carbon fibre, aircraft grade aluminium and other new high strength, lightweight materials on this motorcycle. More than 1000 hours of intensive trials to work out the rigidity of the frame and other components, so that you can drive steadily at high speed. This motorcycle also has an ergonomic seated riding triangle that makes standing up more comfortable by narrowing the engine side cover. All in all, its the perfect choice for racers looking to improve their on bike skills.

A competitive, lightweight and long range Rally bike.
The engine is a tuned counter balanced Zongshen 450 engine with a completely new top end that is unseen elsewhere. This has been tested extensively. The Rally is double overhead cam whereas the normal engine is single. This double overhead cam head combined with mapping high performance exhaust and different manifolds increases the performance. This engine revs but it's very smooth and mechanically quiet.
Zongshen make about 2 million engines a year which is significantly more than than other engine manufacturers. Just do a search on YouTube for Zongshen. The technology and their factory is top drawer. Their engines are in a host of other bikes including Fantic, Norton and AJP. They also produce engine parts for Yamaha and Suzuki.
The Kove rally is designed to be raced. It's a properly tuned, tried and tested bike. It's designed as something that you can take and immediately use in the Dakar or other equivalent rallys. It's very unusual for such a high spec machine to be released. This is not designed for gentle trail riding, although it will no doubt do it very well. This is not a lookalike, it is the real deal. Designed to be raced. The engine and the whole bike have been in development for 3 years whilst tests have been ongoing. We've been waiting for this particular model for this amount of time, but find the delay to be reassuring.

The Kove is on a whole other level of expertise and exclusivity. It is the real deal. Something that's been tested for years in competition in the desert. Month after month the factory have released desert testing videos. It hasn't simply been tested around the block on tarmac and then rolled out of the truck to a photo shoot.
